What I believe

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built commercial functions, teams and business systems from the ground up. Across each chapter of my career, one principle has remained constant: Great People, Great Business.

I’m interested in what happens at the intersection of people, process, technology and business strategy, and how bringing these elements together can turn good organisations into scalable, high-performing ones.

Now

Today, as Head of Digital & Technology Solutions at Creative Edge, I lead people, process, strategy and technology across a fast-growing digital transformation practice. Beyond delivering technology solutions, I’m involved in building the practice itself, shaping its proposition, developing new business, driving revenue and creating the systems needed to scale it sustainably.

I’m also at the forefront of building AI and technology solutions around real business needs, with a particular focus on Africa, where every shilling invested in technology needs to contribute to meaningful business outcomes and, ultimately, revenue.

How I got here

My journey into technology builds on a strong commercial foundation that started in marketing. I built the marketing function at Vision Plus Kenya from the ground up and previously helped generate $11 million in revenue at Jambojet from a $164,000 budget. Over time my remit widened from channels, to commercial results, to the people, processes, strategy and technology behind them. The numbers are important, but what interests me more is what sits behind them: understanding the business, building the right systems, getting the right people in place, executing with discipline, and then scaling what works.

That’s the approach I continue to bring to technology, business building and operations today.

What's next

I’m completing an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership at Strathmore Business School (expected April 2027), developing my capacity for leadership, organisational strategy, business performance, and sustainable growth.

I’m a leader who can connect strategy with execution and bring people, technology, processes and commercial thinking together to build organisations that perform and scale.
